What is your return policy?

  • Items must be returned in perfect condition. Returns of incomplete, worn or damaged products will not be refunded. 
  • The amount to be refunded for accepted returns will be the same price the customer paid the day it was purchased.
  • Return period is 30 days from shipping confirmation date.
  • Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping. 
  • How to return:
  1. Prepare the package - return item in its original packaging. 
  2. Bring your package to a post office. 
  3. Pay the clerk for your shipping label. The return address is: MISMA - 18 King Street East, Suite 1400, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M5C 1C4.
  4. Stick the label on the parcel and give it to the post office clerk.
  5. Ask for a receipt, to prove that you sent the package.
  6. Send an email to contact@misma.ca stating that you have initiated a return for a specific item. Attach receipt. 

What shipping methods do you offer? 

Standard shipping in Canada: 2-9 business days

Standard shipping in the USA: 4-9 business days

Standard International Shipping: 10-18 business days 

Please note that for all orders outside Canada, duties and taxes may apply, which are not included in the total price. You are responsible for paying such duties and taxes. You may contact your local customs office for information regarding shipping from Canada to your country.

Can I track my order?

Yes, for orders placed in Canada, you will receive an email after your order has been shipped with a tracking number. For orders placed outside Canada, tracking will depend on the shipping method selected.
